Privacy and Cookies Management
When our website users enter the site, we can process the data regarding the sections that they visit within the scope of KVKK and their legal rights, in order to improve the quality of use, to make a site easier to use, to avoid the possibility of security holes and reasons alike. Starting from the moment they log into the site, including using the contact form, until the process ends with their departure, the users acknowledge and declare that they have been informed that the data mentioned so far is being processed and that they consent to the data processing to be carried out by BVA Reklam. Users can prevent websites from processing / storing their personal data via cookies. In addition, they can delete cookies previously stored in their internet browser.
Users can block the use of cookies in various ways. As a user, if you want to prevent the use of cookies;
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.
- Select an option:

"Block third party cookies in Incognito"

- In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.

- Click the menu button and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- Cookie settings are under Enhanced Tracking Protection and Cookies and Site Data.

User's Requests and Right to Access Data
Within the framework of the rights and powers granted to them by KVKK, users hold the right to demand information from BVA Reklam to;
- Learn whether personal data is processed,
- If processed, request information regarding personal data,
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data, and to learn whether the data has been used appropriately for their purpose,
- Be informed about third parties to whom personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
- Request deletion or destruction of their personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
- Request data controller to inform third parties, to whom personal data is transferred, of the corrections, deletion and destruction processes,
- Object to the emergence of a result against themselves, exclusively by analysing them through automated systems,
- In the case of damage caused due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for damage.
In accordance with KVKK, users with personal data can apply to BVA Reklam via the Application Form regarding their requests above. In accordance with article 13/2 of KVKK, depending on the request, applications are answered within thirty days from the date BVA Reklam receives the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee determined in the tariff can be collected from the data owner by BVA Reklam.
In accordance with KVKK, BVA Advertising can accept or reject the request by explaining the reason and notify the request owner in writing or electronically. If the request in the application is accepted, BVA Reklam will fulfil it accordingly. In accordance with the KVKK, if the application is caused by an error of the data controller, the fee received is refunded.
In accordance with the KVKK, the user undertakes that the information provided to BVA Reklam is complete, accurate and up to date. In the presence of a situation that would constitute a breach of this commitment all responsibility belongs to the user / visitor and BVA Reklam will not take any responsibility.
